Youth Tournament Fundraiser for The Mat Mission

Good morning and happy Thursday,

We are super excited about our in-house tournament fundraiser coming up in November! This is the perfect opportunity to get your child exposed to a tournament for the first time, or to get them that extra experience to prepare for the bigger challenges ahead that they may be interested in, such as Jiu Jitsu World Leage for example (this is the the tournament we attend as a team every time they host an event in DFW).

All proceeds to go our partner Non-Profit, The Mat Mission, Inc 501 (c)3 organization that is dedicated to serving families in need, making a local impact, and transforming the lives of youth through the art and community of Jiu-Jitsu.

EVENT LOCATION: ALLIANCE JIU JITSU | KELLER

Date: November 8th, 2025. Time: Event starts at 10:00 AM. Doors open at 9:00 AM.

Parents,

I STRONGLY suggest registering your son / daughter for this tournament. It will be as close to the “feel” of practice as it gets, which is great because competition causes anxiety in EVERYONE, regardless of what they tell you. We all get nervous and uneasy ahead of Jiu-Jitsu competition, but everyone responds to that stress differently. We want to teach our kiddos not to shy away from challenges, stressful or intimidating things, because their future selves depend on that experience to overcome obstacles and not shy away when their moment comes!
