🚨 LADIES ONLY CLASS – ALLIANCE DIAMONDS PROGRAM LAUNCH 🥋
LAUNCH 🚀 of our ladies jiujitsu is on-going! Our on-ramp class is every Thursday at 5:45 PM 🕰️
This class is an introductory, movement-based, fitness for jiu jitsu on-ramp class. We will hold it weekly after the launch! Be on the lookout for special introductory rates for this special class ✈️
We are aiming to add an additional Diamonds class (ladies only) during the week. E-mail us your suggestions on time and day that you prefer to have a ladies only jiu jitsu class for ALL LEVELS 🔥

Welcome, coach Ryan!
Officially, we want to welcome Coach Ryan to the roster of amazing leaders who are serving, guiding, shaping, and imputing their technical knowledge with our students. Catch one of Coach Ryan’s Fundamentals BJJ classes on Mondays at 6:30 PM in the Gi 🥋
Welcome Professor Jose Andres Balda (aka “Vita”)
Professor Balda will be instructing some of our Fundamentals classes as well as leading the Youth Community Class weekly on Mondays at 5:30 PM! We are excited to have him and look forward to seeing his experience, talent, and passion for the art shine on our mats at Alliance Keller!
OH and CONGRATS on Your Win at Elevate!
Professor Andres managed to get the win by submission at the recent Elevate Submission series in his black belt no-gi match! He hit a beautiful armbar from the mount! Textbook display of fundamental jiu-jitsu at its best!
